Pharmer's Market to Comply with OLCC's New Packaging Requirement

As you may know, new packaging and labeling requirements go into effect on October 1st.

We want to assure all our partners that we plan to have all our packaging and labeling OLCC compliant. The OLCC is currently reviewing our updated designs and we expect to receive approval by Oct. 1st. Once approved, we should have the new packaging available within 1-2 weeks.

We are providing the service of swapping out any previous Pharm Fresh product that dispensaries still have on their shelves for products with newly compliant packaging and labels. Many vendors do not offer this service, but Pharm Fresh does!

Now that edibles, oils, and concentrate products are available to recreational users in Oregon this year, dispensaries are visited often by first-time users and customers exploring edibles for the first time.

Offering a simple, visual guide or featuring it within your dispensary is a valuable and welcomed resource to new users that seek clear, trusted guidance to support their purchase. The colorful infographic below was designed by Leafly. It's a great example of a clean and simple guide that explains the different consumption methods of cannabis.
